About Simply Shipping Protection
Simply Shipping Protection, an innovative solution that allows merchants to offer Shipping Protection directly to their customers, eliminating third-party insurers (We are NOT an insurance company). This app simplifies claims process, offers customization options, and automates protection coverage via a user-friendly interface. By selecting Simply Shipping Protection, merchants can differentiate themselves from competitors, promote customer loyalty, and reduce financial risks easily.
Streamlined Claim Portal: Manage claims effortlessly, one-click customer claims. System Requirements Before installing Simply Shipping Protection, ensure that your system meets the following requirements:
•BigCommerce store with an active account.
•Enable third party cookies of browsers while installation of Simply Shipping Protection

2. Installation Installing Simply Shipping Protetcion
Follow these steps to install Simply Shipping Protection on your BigCommerce store:
• Log in to your BigCommerce admin panel.
• Navigate to the Apps section.
• Click on Marketplace.
• Search for "Simply Shipping Protection" in the BigCommerce Marketplace.
• Click Install. Authorizing Your App To complete the installation, you will need to authorize Simply Shipping Protection to access your BigCommerce store data. Here's how:
• After installing the app, you'll be prompted to authorize it.
• Click Authorize and follow the on-screen instructions.
• Once authorized, you can start using Simply Shipping Protection

3. Getting Started Pricing Plan Overview 
Upon successful installation, you will be directed to the Simply Shipping Protection pricing plan page. The pricing plan page provides an overview of monthly plans, which also include a free plan. Protection Fee Overview The Protection Fee page provides two types of plans: Fixed and Percentage. Merchants can create rules for shipping protection fees based on their chosen plan.
Dashboard Overview: 
The Dashboard page provides an overall analytics overview of revenue, including total insured orders, the amount of merchant refunds, and total earnings.
Setup Overview :
The Setup page provides all the channels of the store on which the merchant wants to install the widget, along with additional installation setups and videos for the customer claim page.
File Claim Request Overview :
The File Claim Request page provides order item information that is claimed by customers. Merchants can change the status of the claim and fulfill the claim using various methods, such as making a re-order, refunding by line items, and providing custom refunds.
4.Widget Configuration Setting:
The Widget Configuration setting allows merchants to customize the widget, giving them the ability to change the widget message, widget icons, and enable or disable the app.
