Step 1: Create the Claim Page

  In your Shopify Admin, go to:
Online Store → Pages → Add Page

  Page Settings:

  • Title: Example → Claim Page or Shipping Protection Claim

  • Visibility: Visible

  • Theme template: Default page

  Once done, click Save to create the page.

 Step 2: Add the Claim Page to Your Store’s Menu

  In your Shopify Admin, go to:
Online Store → Navigation (or Content → Menus)

  Choose the menu where you want the claim page link to appear (e.g., Main Menu or Footer Menu).

  Click Add Menu Item, then:

  • Name: Example → Shipping Protection Claim

  • Link: → Select Pages → [Your Created Claim Page]
    Or paste the claim page URL you created in Step 1.

  Click Save to apply your changes.

 Step 3: Add the Claim Page Section to Your Theme

  In your Shopify Admin, go to:
Online Store → Themes → Customize

  At the top of the screen, open the page selector, and choose:
Pages → Default Page

  In the Preview Section on the left panel, click Change and select your Claim Page (if not already selected).

  In the left sidebar:

  • Go to Templates → Add Section → Apps → Claim Page
    (or look for the “Claim Page” section under the Apps block)

  Once added, click Save at the top-right to finalize the setup.
