To complete the app setup, the Lucent Innovation team may need collaborator access to your Shopify store.
Follow the steps below to approve the collaboration request.
To complete the setup, we need you to approve our Shopify Collaborator Request. Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open Shopify Admin
Log in to your Shopify store and open your Shopify Admin.
Step 2: Go to Settings
From the left-hand sidebar, click on Settings at the bottom.
Step 3: Open Users
Inside the Settings section, click on Users
Step 4: Open the Pending Tab
In the Users section, look for the Pending tab. Click on it to view all pending access requests.
Step 5: Find the Lucent Innovation Request
You should see a collaboration request from Lucent Innovation
Step 6: Accept the Request
In the Roles section, review and manage the permissions for the collaborator (you can edit the auto-generated role, assign existing roles, or create a new one).
Review the requested permissions and click Accept Request to approve the collaboration.
Step 7: Contact Support
After accepting the request, contact the Lucent Innovation support team and let them know that the collaboration request has been approved.
Our team will then proceed with the required configuration and setup.
Can't Find the Collaboration Request?
If you cannot find the Lucent Innovation request under Users → Pending, please contact our support team and share a screenshot of your Users → Pending section.
We will help you locate and approve the request.
